Dutton Hatfield is a dedicated American embassy worker who will stop at nothing to protect his country’s interests. To his dismay, the laboratory has been taken over by vicious terrorists led by the notorious Colonel Baron, played by TimeCop villain Ron Silver.
Baron’s ultimate goal is to steal a sample of a deadly virus that is being developed inside the facility. With the virus in his possession, he could easily unleash chaos and destruction on innocent people across the globe. In the midst of all this danger and intrigue, it is up to Dutton to risk his own life and save the day.
